In Action

“Could you pass on my thanks to Daniel, Daniel and Melissa for their help last week - even though the visit was quite short, they really brought imagination and enthusiasm to their tasks and I hope we were able to give them a flavour about the work of the Department.”

    Training and Development

Training is available so volunteers can carry out their roles to the highest professional standards. There are tremendous opportunities to develop skills, build confidence, make new friends and take on new and increasingly responsible tasks.

Volunteering for Jewish Care also means learning about our Vision, Mission and Values and for us to fulfil them.

We are committed to finding each volunteer a role which uses their own unique skills.

We publish One Team twice a year to keep in touch with all our volunteers and staff.
